The Dryden Eagles are off to a good start in the NorWOSSA AA court sport season.
The Eagles took three of four games from the Fort Frances Muskies on Thursday.
The Dryden junior boys’ basketball team earned a 29-24 victory.
Ronin Gamble had an 18-point game.
In senior boys’ action, the Eagles downed the Muskies 42-32 with Emmerson Moir leading the offense with 22 points.
In girls’ volleyball, the Dryden junior squad won in two straight sets, while the Eagles senior side suffered the only loss of the day losing to Fort Frances in three straight sets, 25-13, 25-16 and 25-15.
