The Treaty Three Police Service says they have caught one of three men wanted for a series of criminal offenses.
Dakota Smith has been located and is in custody.
Police are still searching for Peter Thomas Atkinson, who is wanted on a number of criminal charges, while Jonathan Wade Bombay is wanted for multiple inter-jurisdictional charges.
They are actively evading law enforcement.
Both men live in the Fort Frances or Couchiching First Nation areas and are known for frequent local First Nations.
