The Dryden GM Ice Dogs have created a new position on their executive.
Tim Gadd has been appointed as the Director of Game Day Operations.
With the appointment, the executive has grown from 4 to 5 people.
Team President Mike Sveinson reflected on the timing of this change, emphasizing that the need has become increasingly clear.
“As the club approaches its 25th anniversary season we have to look forward to the future as much as we take time to reminisce about the past.”
“There has been incredible growth and success with our team over the years, and there will be much more in the coming years. One thing that we took note of over the last several months is that while everything grew, one thing remained stagnant. The fan base, the budget, the staff all increased over the years but your leadership team remained at four individuals.”
The hockey club says the decision to increase executive membership reflects the growing demands on the organization.
