Weather permitting, the Coney Island Footbridge will be removed this week.
The City of Kenora says the plan is to take it out on Friday.
If the weather doesn’t co-operate, the city says it will be removed the following week at the earliest opportunity.
Because the floating walkway is moved in one large piece, it can be difficult on windy days, with larger waves.
