No change in the increase for the City of Kenora’s operating budget.
It’s coming in at 9.33 percent.
That’s the number council will be voting on this afternoon during a special meeting the review the budget.
That’s the same increase, the city was looking at near the end of November, when the operating budget was finanalized.
Council said it wanted until a couple of other budgets from outside agencies, like the Kenora District Services Board and the Kenora Homes for the Aged, came in before passing theirs.
The city’s capital budget has already been passed.
