COVID-19 isn’t done with us yet.
Lake of the Woods District Hospital says it’s dealing with a COVID outbreak in one of its units.
The Medical/Surgical 3E/ICU unit is affected.
The hospital’s infection control team is looking into the cause of the outbreak, and it says it’s working with the Northwestern Health Unit.
Visitor restrictions to the affected unit are now in place.
The restriction will last until further notice.
