The Nishnawbe Aski Police says arson is suspected in a fire at the Webequie Airport.
The blaze was reported on Saturday evening at the airport’s terminal building.
Community firefighters were dispatched to help put out the fire and keep it from spreading to other nearby structures.
The fire was finally brought under control around 2 am Sunday morning.
Damage is believed to be about $500,000.
Two youth have been identified as suspects.
One was arrested Sunday afternoon and the second turned themselves into police the same afternoon.
Both are 13 years old and addition to arson charges they have been charged with mischief over $5,000.
