The OPP is investigating the death of a 40 year old woman in Red Lake.
Police initially began their investigation on Tuesday, May 6th after the woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
She passed away a little over a week later on Wednesday, May 14th.
She has been identified as Myrna Mason of Red Lake.
The OPP’s Northwest Crime Unit is leading the investigation.
