More than 53,000 Canada Post workers will vote on the final offer from their employer starting July 21.
According to a news release on Wednesday evening, a vote will be run by the Canada Industrial Relations Board until August 1.
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post reached an impasse months ago but returned to the table in June.
Federal Minister Patty Hadju stepped in last month, asking the union and Crown corporation to return to the bargaining table to negotiate arbitration and have the union respond to Canada Post’s latest offer.
Employees will be voting on wage increases, a signing bonus, job security, new part-time positions and phased changes to the delivery model.
