An employee at Patricia Gardens has been trying to get some answers about why so many of the units at Patricia Gardens are vacant.
The Dryden District Senior Services has written a letter explaining their side of the story.
President of the board of directors Martin McKinnon says they are currently involved in negotiations with a number of agencies.
Until that process is completed they can’t fill the empty units.
As many as 10 of the apartments are vacant.
He adds that the negotiations remain confidential until they are completed.
