Noel Damian White, a resident of Minaki, Ontario, member of Naotkamegwanning First Nation, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024.

He was predeceased by his best friend Lonnie, Rosie, Frank, Bobby (Dr. Bob), Alice, Dennis, Anna, Zhannel, Vinny and Thunder.

He is survived by his mother Sarah (Rob), father Noel (Jackie), his girlfriend Patricia Skead, his sweet sweet baby girls Katelyn (Brae) and Ariel White and their loving mother Sherry, his brothers Sebastien and Kyle, sister Daniela, step sisters Carrie and Amanda, step son Nate, step daughter Ryver, his aunties Joyce, Brenda, Leeann, Lisa, Susie, Penny, Stephanie and Jac, his kokum Rose, his uncles Maynard (Charlotte), Carl (Annie), Allan (Karen), Glen (Roberta) and Ronny. He will also be missed by his cousins Charity, Jermaine, Chrissy, Craig, Clarke, Robert, Tyrone, Zack, Bingo, Barron, Alana (Keith), Brayden, Shanyce, Brady, Jordanson, Jacoby, Carter, Charlie, Sadie, Donald, Charlene, Rosetta, Allison and many more relatives too numerous to mention.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and bro’s Everett C., Melvin B., Archy P., Harvey M., Garret W., Shawn W., Nylin W., Josh C., Nathan C., Darren T., PJ Herbert, Tyler J., Frank H. (Boo), Apollo W., Shawndo W., Dusty W., Chrissy D., Bev P., Chivonne H., Britney P., Crystal C., Bryce J., Frank T., Rayne N., William D. and many more too numerous to mention.

Damian had a passion for playing guitar, he was a very good singer/songwriter, his favorite musician Zakk Wylde, he enjoyed golfing with his buddies watching videos and sports, loved the great lakes of his adventurous fishing expeditions. He was the most loving, caring soul who liked to put a smile and make people laugh with is one in a million humour. He was a hard worker in the construction business, building with contractors such as Arms Construction Co., Jims Caviar Camp, Solid Construction and Whitefish Bay Housing.

He was a very proud, loving father who loved and cherished his daughters more than anything in the world, he was the most happiest person knowing he was going to be a Grandpa.

It’s not goodbye. It’s see you later, we love you and miss you dearly until we meet again Bro, also known as Daminski.

Traditional wake and funeral ceremony will be conducted by Mide’kiwenzie of Ki’eshgitabaaning and his helpers. Wake service will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Peshigoneb Cultural Centre, Whitefish, Ontario. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 10:00 am at Peshigoneb Cultural Centre with burial to follow in Whitefish Bay First Nation.
