A happy ending to a search for two youths.
Provincial Police say a 16-year-old and 14-year-old were reported missing in the Experimental Lakes Area early Tuesday morning.
The OPP’s Emergency Response Team, K-9 unit, and marine unit, along with a drone and helicopter, were called in for the search.
One of the youths was spotted by the helicopter and brought back safe later that afternoon.
OPP resumed their search the next morning for the other who was found by members of the Emergency Response Team.
Both were taken to Lake of the Woods District Hospital for precautionary checkups but were reported as being in good health.
