3 Kenora residents busted with $6,000 of fentanyl, meth

Three Kenora residents are facing drug charges after officers executed a search warrant on Ninth Street North on Wednesday.

The Kenora OPP say officers seized roughly $6,000 worth of fentanyl, methamphetamine, hydromorphone tablets, a taser and other items associated with drug trafficking.

As a result, 34-year-old Ashley Reid of Kenora is facing charges of:

– Trafficking – methamphetamine,
– Trafficking – fentanyl,
– Possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine,
– Possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl,
– Possession for the purpose of trafficking – hydromorphone,
– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000,
– Knowledge of property obtained by crime under $5,000,
– Possession of prohibited device or ammunition,
– Fail to comply with release order x3

As well, 40-year-old Clifton Zoccole of Kenora is facing charges of:

– Possession of a controlled substance,

40-year-old Vernon Jack of Kenora is also facing charges of:

– Possession of a controlled substance,

The accused have been remanded into custody and all three are set to appear before Kenora courts today.
