The Dryden OPP say a 39-year-old man has been released after assaulting a guard at the OPP detachment on Tuesday.
Police say they responded to a report of an assault on a civilian guard at the Dryden OPP detachment on April 4, around 7:30 p.m., and found one individual with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result, the 39-year-old was arrested and charged with assault- but has been released from custody. He is now scheduled to appear in Dryden court on May 15 to answer to the charges.
