Four Dryden residents are facing a few charges for allegedly trafficking cocaine and other drugs in the region after a search warrant was executed last week.
The Dryden OPP says on December 14, members of the OPP and Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service executed the search warrant at a Duke Street residence in Dryden, as officers seized hydromorphone, oxycodone, cocaine, Canadian currency and items associated with drug trafficking.
As a result, 62-year-old Kathleen Tait of Dryden is facing charges of:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine,
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid,
– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000,
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon,
As well, 47-year-old Adrian Biczok of Dryden is facing charges of:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine,
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid,
– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000,
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon,
As well, 28-year-old Jennifer King of Dryden is facing charges of:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine,
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid,
– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000,
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon,
As well, 25-year-old Jonathan King of Dryden is facing charges of:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine,
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid,
– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000,
– Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon,
The OPP says all four of the accused have been released and will appear in Dryden courts on January 9, 2023, to answer the charges.
