Today, at Dryden High School, students are taking part in the "Don't puff. Do stuff!" campaign. It's a program to help student stop smoking.
The school will be offering different activities to prevent students from smoking on their lunch breaks. Teacher Lisa Durocher talks about what other things the school will be offering.
"This is an initiative that we are starting. In January, we are going to be starting a 10-session program on incentives and strategies on how to quit smoking. So, today is just our interest strive."
Today, students were able to visit the Hairstyling and Aesthetics class for a jamberry nail manicure, as well as some healthy snacks provided by the foods and nutrition classes.
