Ignace Town Council says it will swear in two new councillors on July 17th.
Who that will be is still a question mark.
Expressions of interest in the seats on council are being sought, and youth can fill out an on-line application from noon on May 26th to noon on June 5.
On June 12, Ignace council will meet to go over the potential candidates and hear from them.
Earlier this year the mayor and deputy mayor resigned, leaving two seats on the five member council vacant.
The town says it decided to use this process because its cheaper than holding a by-election.
