Jimmy Clifford Dwight Scott, died unexpectedly, on January 20, 2023, the family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death, Jimmy was born on March 30, 1983.

Jimmy was a father to 3, a brother to 2, a cousin to many and a friend to many more.

Jimmy was predeceased by his parents Rex McDonald and Rhonda Scott, sister Samantha McDonald, brother Ryan Scott, grandparents Cornelius and Mary Jane Scott, David and Alice McDonald, great grandfather Cornelius McDonald, aunts Eliza McDonald (Roy Kelly), Jane McDonald, Valerie Scott, Jessie Scott, Debra Scott, Linda Kent, uncle Jimmy Scott, nephew Michael Scott and cousins Gary C. Scott, Eric Scott, Stephen Scott, Keith Scott and Gina McDonald, as well as many other family members before him too numerous to mention.

Jimmy is survived by his sister Stephanie Scott, brother in law Gary Michaud, brother Christopher Scott aka (50 cents) (Sharon Paypom), aunt Laurie McDonald and her grandchildren Aidan, Jayden and Kaitlyn, aunts Agnes McDonald (Joe), Joice Scott, Emmy Scott, Mary Jane McDonald (Tonto), Sandy Scott (Tom), Geraldine Scott, nephew Garri, nieces Magen Muckle, Amber Scott, Selana Scott (Christopher McDonald), Rexetta Scott, Amanda Scott, Rexella Scott, his great nieces Miya Muckle, Courage Scott, Kira McDonald, Bentley Scott and his best friends and cousins Dale, Gerald and Tyler Scott and many others to numerous too mention.

During his younger years Jimmy grew up in Winnipeg, later moved back to Wabaseemoong then move to Dalles, lived with his Aunt Laurie for a while, then moved to Kenora and went back to school and got his GED, he loved Math, singing, and skull pictures, he loved being on social media and taking selfies, but mostly loved being around family, and was very proud of his son’s Dwayne, Dwight and Dream Scott.  Jimmy kept you rolling in laughter because he could find the humour in everything, he had a pleasant personality and you were always entertained by his stories and hilarious sense of humour.  He truly brought the life to the party.

It was so very rare that anyone ever seen Jimmy without a smile and to start up a conversation with Jimmy was even more easier as he was well known in his town and community.

Jimmy you will be missed more than words can be expressed, you will be forever in our hearts.

Wake services will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. A wake service will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. A wake service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.  A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 1:30 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre with burial to follow at Wabaseemoong First Nation Cemetery.
