Board members say they'll start making ice next week, with the start of the season set for November 2.

"We are committed to providing our typical 23-week season and are working on several contingencies plans, so that we can all enjoy our sport," said Mike Szajewski in an email to members.

A Return to Play virtual meeting is set for Thursday, where the board will go over protocols for the season.
