While they've only just returned from a bronze medal at Nationals, the Kenora All Star Cheer and Dance teams are getting ready for next year.

Next season they'll put forward four teams including, youth level 1, junior level 2, senior 4.2 and school intermediate level 3.

Tryouts are on April 28 and 30 and May 5, 7, 12 and 14. For youth and junior the session will run from 6:45 to 7:45 and for senior and school it will run from 8 to 9.

Youth Level 1:
- Fwd/bwd roll, cartwheel
- Stunts at shoulder level and below
- Great for beginning level athletes
- Local performances,
- Competitions TBD,
- Regional competition

Junior Level 2:
- Front handspring, back walkover, back handspring
- Stunts at shoulder level and extended on 2 feet
- Athletes have some experience in cheer, gymnastics, dance, skating etc.  
- Local performances,
- Nationals in Niagara Falls 2016

Senior Level 4.2:
- Level 4 stunting/Level 2 tumbling
- Doubles from prep, Extended stunting with twists and flips, back walkover, front handspring, back handspring, series of skills
- Local performances
- Nationals in Niagara Falls 2016

School intermediate (level 3)
- School Division  
- Registered at Beaver Brae grade 7-12
- Experience in cheer, gymnastics, dance, skating etc.
- Shoulder level to extended stunts, single twists, standing and running tumbling up to back tucks
- Local performances
- Nationals in Niagara Falls 2016
