Ontario Provincial Police in Kenora continue to investigate an aggravated assault which occurred last evening.
Officers were called to the assault on Second Street and located one person suffering from life-threatening injuries, who was rushed to hospital by paramedics.
Police then blocked off a large section of the street and later located one individual believed to be involved in the altercation.
According to a release from the OPP more details regarding the assault will be made available as police continue to work through the incident.
