A Kenora man is facing charges, after a break and enter on Sunday.

Police were called to a north side residence at approximately 4 o'clcok. When the home owners returned home, they observed a male leaving their residence, and the witnesses were able to provide police with a description. It was determined the male stole some electronics from the residence.

The male was located, and he arrested within the vicinity of the residence a short time later.

As a result of this investigation, Gerald Smith, age 19 of Kenora has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000, Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Break and Enter a Dwelling house contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
