It’s going to cost just over $1 million to replace the roof at Beaver Brae Secondary School.
Trustees with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board voted on the capital project last night.
Even though the price tag to replace the roof is just over a million dollars, with contingencies, permits and consulting fees, the project comes in at over $1.5 million.
The new membrane roof is being installed by Rugged Air (Racco Roofing) and work is due to be finished by August of this year.
The roof for the Library, Administration area and the gym addition are going to be replaced.
