We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved baby girl (young lady) November Rain Kelly. Born on December 11, 1997 at the McKellar Hospital in Thunder Bay Ontario.  November Rain’s Spirit Name is Zangwe-Aaminook which in the western culture means Strong Spirit Lady from the West, November Rain is of the Lynx Clan and is from the Treaty #3 Territory.

November is a loving mother, daughter, Aunty, Sister, granddaughter and great-granddaughter, she came from a loving family that spread out thru the Kenora and Rainy River District and had many, many friends some of which she considered sisters and brothers.  November Rain was getting to know her Traditional origins and culture. She was beginning to attend sweats and powwows more routinely, she loved attending ceremonies.  Her loving and caring heart had touched so many people and would brighten up anybody’s day just by being in her presence. November’s passion for art, music and love followed her in anything and everything she did, make-up was also a passion and she excelled with it, her voice was sooo beautiful and we know she is now singing in the angel’s choir.  There was so many great things about November Rain Kelly, too many to list, she was our baby girl.

November was predeceased by her Great-Grandparents Alex and Laura Kelly, Jeanie Skead (McDonald) Bessie and Elmer Mainville, Edward and Flossie (Machig) Copenace.  Also many Aunty’s, Uncles and Cousins, some Honorable Mentions; Jennifer Mainville, Hannah Bird, Delaine Copenace, Cee-Jay Kelly and Kasper Kelly.

She is survived by her Husband Brody Allen, her Children Zena and Zain, her Mother and Father Carrie Copenace and Brian Paul, her Dad Ron Kelly Jr (Tiffany Bouchard), her Brothers and Sisters; Heather Angel Kelly (Damon Kelly  - Ezra Christopher Angel), Seven Alexander Kelly and Maximum Overdrive Kelly, Sienna Bouchard (Tiffany), Jonah and Danielle Kelly, Dallas Medicine, Alicia Medicine and Sarah Shonias (Brian), her adopted sisters Rochelle Kelly and Autumn Sandy.

As well as her Great-Grandpa John Skead, her Grand-Parents Norman (Mike) and Anita Copenace, Mr. Ron and Geraldine Kelly, her Aunts, Uncles and cousins Micheal Copenace (Diane and Kids), Donovan Kelly (Clarissa and Kids), Bruce Lee Kelly (Kelly and Kids), Shannon Kelly (Mathew and Kids).  She is also survived by a numerous number of friends and family which are too many to list, we are sorry if we missed anybody, please forgive us, she was a very loveable person ‘Our Baby’.

Wake Service will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 at the Onigaming Gymnasium, Onigaming First Nation beginning at 3:00pm.  A Traditional Funeral Service to be conducted by Al Hunter on Sunday, February 26th, 2023 at the Onigaming Gymnasium, Onigaming First Nation beginning at 10:00am with burial to follow.
