Another night of Special Olympics Bowling has wrapped up in Kenora.

Kevin Fournier led the men with 171. Behind him was Andrew Gordon with 160, Allen Adams with 159 and MVP of the night Drake Loon with 93.

For the women, Tara Creason had the top score with 167. She was followed by Alisabeth Pattison with 146, Mary Sandy with 144 and MVP Ava Keewatin with 130.

In NorWOSSA court sports action, the Beaver Brae Broncos are on the road to take on the Fort Frances Muskies in both Girls' Basketball and Boys' Volleyball. The Broncos are coming off a sweep of the Dryden Eagles last week. The Eagles will also host the Sioux North Warriors.

In Calgary, the 4-and-1 Flames will face off against Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Pens suffered their first defeat of the season last night - a 6-3 loss to the Oilers.

And Vegas Golden Knights forward Phil Kessel is set to break the NHL's iron-man streak tonight in San Jose.

Kessel tied retired defenceman Keith Yandle's iron man record by playing in his 989th straight game in Vegas's 3-1 win over Toronto last night. Yandle's streak began in 2009 and ended in March last season. Kessel's streak started in November 2009.
