Sue McCarty is the winner $500 for her entry in the KMTS photo contest. Earlier this week, she took a moment to describe her entry.
"It's a picture that's taken off of my deck and it's facing east looking at the bridge that goes across the Tunnel island. So, it spans the open water in winter time, which is very pretty because everything is very frosty and very wintery looking," she said.
Along with the cash, McCarty will also get free long-distance calls for a year.
