"They have a system that works there. By taking some animals, you're actually protecting some other animals," he said.
McNay used the example of a baby rhino, who had been orphaned.
"This system would never work in North America, but by me hunting there, I pay the landowner a certain fee, and he uses that money to protect those rhinos," McNay added.
