A long time member of city council and a local volunteer have been honoured by the Kenora Rotary Club.
Rory McMillan and Mary Bawden are this year’s recipients of the Paul Harris Award.
In addition to his council duties, McMillan was singled out for over 50 years of volunteer service.
Bawden is very active in the St. Albans Cathedral and community as a member of Retired Teachers of Ontario,
chair of Kenora Age-Friendly Committee, and member of City of Kenora Accessibility Advisory Committee and Seniors Coalition.
The awards were presented Tuesday night.
