Supporters of a seniors housing project in Dryden are a step closer. At their last council meeting, members approved the sale of land for construction. Councillor Marty MacKinnon says he's optimistic.
"I feel it's a fantastic project. It's been a longtime coming to this community. Hopefully, it'll have the legs to see its way through to completion," he said.
The city is also hoping to work with the district services board on adding supports for residents.
