A good weekend for Kenora's Special Olympians at the Home Town Games in Thunder Bay.
They brought home 25 medals in all: seven for bowling and 18 in the swimming pool.
Medals ranged from 15 gold, 8 silver and 2 bronze.
In the bowling alley, Mary Sandy led the way with a gold in Division 6, while Scott Malmo and Jem Swain-Moeller with a bronze and a silver respectively in Division 2.
Brian Fournier and Allan Adams earned silver medals, while Michael Vivian and Robert King claimed bronze.
In the pool, 16 year old Brennan Spencer-Gropp picked up four gold medals.
