Around 5 to 8 cm of snow this afternoon and tonight.
Precipitation is expected to spread into Northwestern Ontario this morning. The precipitation will begin as rain, however it is expected to change to snow later this morning or this afternoon. For areas closer to Lake Superior, the change to snow will likely occur late in the afternoon or evening.
The snow is forecast to continue through most of the night, then taper off from north to south before Friday morning.
Total snowfall amounts are expected to be in the 5 to 8 cm range, although a few locales could see up to 10 cm or so.
Roads may become slippery due to accumulating snow. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
