Staff with the Northwestern Health Unit are reporting another three new positive cases of COVID-19 in the Kenora region.

Follow-up with those involved has started, and anyone who is identified as a potential contact for these cases will be reached directly by NWHU staff.

NWHU recommends that everyone assume COVID-19 is in their community and practise preventive measures like physical distancing, wearing a mask in enclosed public spaces and when physical distancing is a challenge, good hand hygiene, and not touching their face.

Anyone who has COVID-19 symptoms, or who has been in contact with a positive case, should self-isolate and get tested, and remain in isolation until your test results are known.
