Officers said three tractor trailers and a passenger vehicle were involved in this morning's fatal accident near Dogtooth Lake. A westbound tractor trailer unit jackknifed, then it was struck by an eastbound tractor trailer unit. Unfortunately, the driver of the eastbound tractor trailer was fatally injured in the collision.
Two other vehicles became involved, when they could not avoid the wreck. The highway was re-opened to one lane around noon, then both lanes by the end of the business day.
