Members of the Queen Elizabeth Warriors boys soccer team are walking tall today. They're the proud recipients of the OFSAA sportsmanship award. Assistant Coach and Manager, Brittany Neilsen, says they're very grateful for the recognition.

"It was really exciting because we played some very talented and competitive teams and our boys really showed character on and off the field. They were courteous and gracious anywhere they went. So, even though we knew that we didn't have a great shot at winning OFSAA they really proved that they were grateful for the experience, and it didn't really matter what the outcome of the games were. They were just so thankful to be there," she said.

Neilsen says winning the award definitely motivates the team, as they hope to get back to OFSAA next year.
