The City of Kenora is partnering with the Kenora Makwa Patrol for the Winter Warmth Drive again in 2024! Throughout the month of October, you can donate your clean, gently used, warm clothing to those in need in our community. They are looking for things like sweaters, sweatshirts, winter jackets, jogging pants, hats, mitts, and blankets. You can drop off your donations any day of the week at the Lake of the Woods Discovery Centre between 9am and 4pm (closed October 14th). Your donations must be in a plastic bag, and we ask that you give your donation to a City staff member directly. Please do not leave donations at the door or outside the building. Donations will be accepted until October 31.
