The AA Bantam Thistles travelled to Grand Forks over the weekend.
The team was undefeated in the round robin, bringing them to the gold medal game Sunday vs Prior Lake.
It was tough fight with goalie Kaden King taking almost 60 shots on net.
With a 3-0 score going into the second period, Spencer Sundin and Sawyer Peters managed to score for the Thistles, but ultimately it was a 4-2 loss.
