It's almost time for Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada! Everyone is looking forward to taking part in the events taking place for the big event on Saturday.

One of the big highlights of the day is the SIJHL game between the Fort Frances Lakers and English River Miners. Laker and Kenora native Jack Bernie talks about coming home for the game.

"I'm just really excited to come back and see everybody," he says. "Just to perform in front of the hometown crowd, see all the people there and see how full the rink can get."

The game takes place at the rec centre. Puck drops at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
