The Kenora Rec Centre pool was jam-packed earlier this week for a Kenora Swimming Sharks mini-meet.

Georgia Buffett, 8, discussed what she likes most about being a Shark.

“I like being in the competitions with my friends and seeing what I can improve on,” Buffett said. “It's fun because I get to experience new stuff. And I have a camp on Coney Island so it's helpful when I go out with my younger siblings.”

Parents and volunteers helped time the swimmers during the meet.
