Dryden police are still sorting out charges, in connection with a high-risk takedown.
"Early this morning, the Dryden Police Service received a call, regarding a suspicious vehicle in the McDonald's parking lot, and the caller indicated one of the occupants may be in the possession of a firearm," said Insp. Ann Tkachyk.
An alert citizen helped ensure the arrest on Van Horne, where three occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody.
"We want to thank the citizen, the caller, for alerting the police regarding this incident, as well as remaining on the phone to provide very valuable information to the police to get the vehicle stopped and get the occupants under arrest," Tkachyk added.
