The Kenora detachment of the OPP is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a stolen vehicle.

On August 16, at approximately 8 a.m., the Kenora OPP responded to a report of a theft on Lakeview Drive, near Keewatin. Members of the OPP Community Street Crime Unit responded, and were informed of multiple items that had been taken, including:

- Mechron, model 2240, four-seater side-by-side that is green with a black roof,
- Stihl chop saw, model 420,
- Husqvarna 365 chainsaw with a 36” bar,
- Stihl brand chainsaw with an 18” bar,
- Echo brand chainsaw with an 18” bar.

The side-by-side was last seen heading eastbound in to the Kenora area at 2:17 a.m. on the morning of August 16. Anyone with any information regarding the investigation is asked to immediately contact the Kenora OPP at 1-888-310-1122, 548-5534, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
