A light-armoured vehicle is now part of the community in Sioux Narrows. Over the weekend, Mayor Norbert Dufresne joined retired lieutenant colonel Woody Linton, as they welcomed the light armoured vehicle -- or LAV.
It was part of Remembrance Day ceremonies across the country. Bells also rang across the country at sunset, in honour of the 100th anniversary of the end of the Great War.
