Kenora woke up to snow this morning. Gerald Cheng from Environment Canada explains just how much there was.
"We've had about 5 cm of snow. It started around the overnight hours and it continued into the morning. As temperatures warm up we're expecting that snow to turn into maybe some rain showers," he said.
Cheng said there is the potential for more snow over night tonight.
"We're still in this very unsettled pattern. There could still be some rain showers and flurries, especially in the overnight hours and temperatures dip to below zero," he said.
Cheng said temperatures are not that far off from seasonal, but it's still cool as we move closer to the winter season.
