This weekend, we're moving our clocks ahead for spring.
Clocks will have to be turned ahead by an hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday for the switch to daylight saving time. The time changes are scheduled for 2 a.m. on Sundays to create the minimal amount of disruption to daily life.
Home owners are reminded to change the battery in their smoke alarm at the same time. In Ontario, carbon monoxide detectors are required near all sleeping areas.
Daylight saving time ends November 3, 2019.
