Members of the Kenora OPP detachment have laid drug trafficking charges following an investigation.
On October 6, as a result of the ongoing investigation police arrested a male and two females in the north end of Kenora. Police located over 60 Hydromorphone pills, approximately 60 grams of Marijuana, a small amount of Methamphetamine, Canadian Currency and other items associated with the drug trafficking trade on the male. They also located a small amount of Marijuana on one of the women.
The total street value of the drugs is estimated to be approximately $3200.
As a result of this investigation, 50-year-old Brian Hendrickson of Kenora has been charged with;
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking-Under 3 kg.
Possession of a Schedule I substance-Methamphetamine
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
The first female, 32-year-old Crystal Munroe of Kenora has been charged with Possession of Marijuana.
They are to appear in Kenora Court on November 9, 2017 to answer to the charges.
The second female was released unconditionally.
