Lillian Wulf lost her wedding ring in a customer's grocery bag a few days ago. She thought it was gone forever, until a Facebook campaign helped find it.

"I still can't believe that I got it back, and how much fuss it caused," she said last week. "I'm not used to this."

After seeing the social media campaign, Lori Stebnitski checked her grocery bags, where she found the ring.

Wulf says she's especially glad, because the ring reminds her of her late husband, Hans. They were married in 1981. Lillian Wulf says she's since sent her ring to be resized, so it won't slip off again. is Kenora's only source for community news and information such as weather and classifieds.
