Q104 broadcasted live from the Whitecap Pavilion for the first Matiowski Farmers' Market today! There were tons of vendors offering fresh produce, meats, baking, jewellery and more!

Steve Raizen, Territory Manager for Canadian Blood Services was in attendance for this one and he and his colleague offered blood tests to the community to determine their blood type! He says there is a critical need for blood throughout Canada and there will be two clinics coming up for those who would like to donate.

July 10 3:00pm-9:00pm
July 11 9:30am-1:30 pm

There are 170 appointments available throughout the two days and they will both be held at Seven Generations Educations Institute in Kenora. You can book your appointment on the Give Blood app, at www.blood.ca  or call 1-888-2-DONATE(236-6283).
