Chef Recovery Jay Barnard is CEO and Chef Ambassador of Freshwater Cuisine, which is expanding across northwestern Ontario and the future is only getting brighter.  Jay recently won the award for Small Innovative Business at the Kenora & District Chamber of Commerce AGM and Business Awards, and 2017 is looking even better for Freshwater Cuisine.  Products including Walleye Wings, Northern Pike Cakes, Whitefish Cakes and Freshwater Cuisine Crumbs in original and cajun.  Jay Barnard will be on Thursday's Q Morning Show to talk about his products, success and the future of his company.
