It was another beautiful day in Kenora and the dogs were out to take advantage of the warm weather.
Everyone at the Matiowski Farmers Market loved the weather today. It wasn't too hot or too cold, just the perfect temperature to make the market pooches happy!
The KACL Arts Hub also hosted a monarch butterfly release ceremony. LeeAnne Hawkins was at the market to release 79 (grown in captivity) Monarch Butterflies and to spread awareness on how to keep the species of the endangered list.
Of course, the Q-crew was down at the market giving away ballots for our 2017 Polaris RZR from WSL Sport and Leisure, selling tickets for the Q104 Cash Draw for The Lake of The Woods District Hospital Foundation and giving out Hot Sticky Things, which are the key to winning this summer! We also gave away sets of Harbourfest tickets to lucky listeners!
Make sure you come and see us next week at the Matiowski Farmers Market! The Markets run until October but you only have until the Labour Day long weekend to enter for any of our Summer 17 prizes.
