Kenora singer/songwriter Reilly Scott’s music can be heard throughout the city as she is active in the music scene.

She recently released her album “Beautiful Unfolding” and she has now come out with a new single.

“Light me up” was co-written by 2017 participants of the ‘I Am Awesome and I Know It’, a retreat for young women in Fort Frances. The single is now available via Spotify, iTunes, Google Play and Amazon.200x0w

'I Am Awesome' is held every September at Sunny Cove Camp on Rainy Lake and focuses on engaging youth in learning about creative self expression, mental/emotional health, sexual health, drug and alcohol consumption and Internet safety.

Reilly was an acting facilitator at the retreat last summer where she paired with a group of 70 young women to write the song.

The song features vocals by Reilly Scott Music, Erin Bree Pierce and Nicole Dnes, instrumentation by Reilly Scott Music, Nicole Dnes, Rich Pernsky and Jason Bowes, was recorded and mixed in Keewatin by Rich Pernsky, produced by Rich Pernsky and Reilly Scott Music.
