"The Imagination Library" launches tomorrow from 1:30pm-3:00pm at the Kenora Public Library!
The program is a free initiative that mails a new book once a month to kids living in the city of Kenora who are between the ages of zero and five. This is a literacy program to prepare kids for their early years of education!
The program is based on funding from the Lake of the Woods Community Foundation, the Kenora Rotary Club and private donors.
You can donate to the program at the Kenora Public Library c/o Kenora Imagination Library or on the Kenora Imagination Library Facebook page. Any donations received will be directly for the Kenora program!
If you would like to register your child for the program, you can do so at the Kenora or Keewatin Library, the Northwestern Health Unit and the Ne Chee Friendship Centre. Registrsation forms will also be available at the launch tomorrow.
